PedsNavigator is an informational directory that helps parents and caregivers locate pediatricians, hospitals, clinics, WIC offices, Medicaid resources, and other family healthcare services.

PedsNavigator is not a healthcare provider, insurance company, Medicaid agency, WIC agency, or government agency.

PedsNavigator does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns. Do not use PedsNavigator for medical emergencies. Seek emergency medical care when needed.

Use of PedsNavigator does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare-provider relationship. PedsNavigator is an informational provider-search service only.

PedsNavigator does not credential, approve, recommend, rank, or endorse healthcare providers merely because they appear in search results.

Provider information may come from public records, healthcare organizations, government datasets, providers, third-party data sources, or other publicly available sources.

PedsNavigator does not guarantee that directory information is complete, current, or error-free. Users are responsible for independently confirming provider information before relying on it. You can flag a listing through our correction form.

PedsNavigator does not guarantee that a provider accepts a user’s insurance, Medicaid program, plan, network, or specific benefit arrangement.

Insurance and Medicaid participation can change at any time. Users must confirm coverage directly with the provider and insurance carrier or Medicaid program. PedsNavigator is not affiliated with Medicaid, Medicare, any insurance company, hospital, government agency, or healthcare provider.

Provider information may change and may not always be complete or current. Always verify provider availability, office information, insurance acceptance, Medicaid participation, network status, and costs and coverage directly with the provider or insurance company.

A provider or organization appearing on PedsNavigator does not mean PedsNavigator recommends or endorses them.

PedsNavigator may link to provider websites, maps, insurers, government resources, or other services. PedsNavigator is not responsible for third-party content, services, privacy practices, or medical care.

PedsNavigator also relies on third-party services for maps, hosting, infrastructure, security, and — if enabled — analytics. Your use of those features may also be governed by those companies’ terms and privacy policies.

The WIC and Medicaid office finder and the state resource lists include links to independent third-party websites, including state health departments, state Medicaid agencies, the USDA WIC program and WIC Breastfeeding Support, the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC) directory, La Leche League USA, and American Academy of Pediatrics chapters.

These organizations are not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by PedsNavigator, and PedsNavigator is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Their websites, eligibility rules, office hours, program benefits, appointment systems, and privacy practices are controlled entirely by those organizations and may change without notice.

Once you follow one of these links, this policy no longer applies and any information you submit is handled under that organization’s own terms and privacy policy. Listings may be incomplete or out of date; always confirm eligibility, hours, and services directly with the agency before visiting.

PedsNavigator contains Google Maps features and content, including maps, place details, office hours, ratings, and geocoded locations. By using PedsNavigator, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, which incorporate the Google Terms of Service.

Google’s handling of information in connection with those features is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Map, place, and location content is provided by Google and is not created or verified by PedsNavigator.

Google attribution is displayed wherever Google’s platform rules require it. You may not hide, remove, obscure, modify, or interfere with that attribution.

You may not misuse PedsNavigator, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape substantial amounts of data without permission, or use PedsNavigator unlawfully.

PedsNavigator’s original branding, site design, written content, software, graphics, logos, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party provider information, trademarks, maps, government data, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

PedsNavigator is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that all directory information is accurate, complete, or continuously available. To the extent allowed by law, PedsNavigator is not responsible for healthcare decisions, provider actions, treatment outcomes, insurance decisions, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PedsNavigator and its operator will not be liable for damages resulting from reliance on provider-directory information, provider availability, provider conduct, insurance or Medicaid participation, third-party services, inaccurate information, service interruptions, or healthcare decisions made based on information obtained through PedsNavigator.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

PedsNavigator may modify, suspend, discontinue, correct, or update any part of the service or directory information at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

PedsNavigator is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information through the service.
